Sobytie 4 residential complex

The architectural concept of the complex is a “vertical city” of three towers connected by six sky bridges. At the level of the 26th and 27th floors there are passages and recreation areas and at a height of 170 meters a landscaped sky park offers stunning views of Moscow.

Sky Park radically changes the usual principle of moving residents inside the complex. In addition to access to your floor, the first level and parking, in Sobytie 4 you can relax, play sports and breathe clean air, away from the noise of cars and exhaust fumes, enjoy breathtaking panoramas of Moscow with a 360-degree view.

Sobytie 4 bridges consist of metal trusses with multiple connections that provide rigidity and stability to the structure. They weigh up to 94 tons, are 37 meters long, 5 meters wide, and each bridge is 4 meters high. The bridges are assembled using special auxiliary structures and devices located on the roof of each building. These structures include massive I-beams with platforms for hydraulic jacks and winches.

To fasten sky bridges, hinged-movable supports are used: one part of the support is fixed in the monolith, the other – on the metal structure, which eliminates deformations. After the installation of the supports, the bridge span is raised from ground level to the design position, control acceptance and inspection of bolted connections are carried out, then the structure is fixed on the supports using winches and jacks. Under favorable weather conditions, the installation of one bridge takes about 10 days.

The interiors are designed in futuristic minimalism, emphasizing the modernity and elegance of the style, consonant with the architecture of the facades. The design emphasizes the verticality and horizontality of the divisions, which reflects the status and uniqueness of exclusivity and at the same time the simplicity, elegance of the style Sobytie 4. Iconic modern architecture with promenade spaces of the sky park and thoughtful landscaping create a unique attraction zone, making this quarter famous and even iconic.

The landscaping project is aimed at creating a feeling of being in a forest environment for residents, with an emphasis on the use of natural materials, vertical landscaping and harmonious design of small architectural forms. The courtyard landscape is organized taking into account the style of the facades: the lines of the hovering bridges and contrasting stripes of the towers are reflected in the paths and design elements of the closed space, free of cars. The territory is landscaped as a creative green space, including futuristic art objects, multi-format play areas, workout areas with climbing walls, swings, dry fountains and areas for open-air events.

The roofs of the towers and the bridges connecting them represent an innovative “sky garden” that adapts to the seasons and the mood of the residents. There are terraced and all-season gardens, running and walking paths, exercise machines, recreation areas with mobile furniture, as well as cafes and coworking spaces. All infrastructure elements are available for use throughout the year, regardless of weather conditions.
