about residential complex
The future multifunctional residential complex is located in the Novo-Peredelkino area of the Western Administrative District of Moscow on Borovskoye Highway.
A multifunctional complex of five high-rise residential buildings connected by ‘sky bridges’ and a shared podium with a business center, with a separate attached cyber arena and a kindergarten
Project idea
The architectural idea of the project is dictated by the structure of the ring blocks that formed the urban context of the microdistrict at the end of the 20th century. Six elegant high-rises are located along an arc drawn from a single center.
Conceptual solutions of the office part
The business center is the local flagship of the composition, it closes the row of residential buildings, not being connected to it by a cornice, but united by a single stylobate. The axis of the tower “shoots” towards the exit from the metro, forming a significant image from the side of the station and from Borovskoye Highway on the way out of Moscow.
The business center includes office space for rent and other services: specialized stores, a bar-cafe in the invitation zone, a bar/restaurant with a kitchen, and a medical center.
Cyber Arena and Kindergarten
The cyber arena includes a transformable hall for 1816 seats, a computer club for 75 seats, a room for team training and VIP games, classrooms, and a transformable educational hall.
The three-story building, located in the center of the complex, is located in the center of the “round dance” of towers and forms an interesting and futuristic art object in the style of minimalism.
