CONCEPT
The architectural concept of the project is based on the appearance of the Chechen ancestral towers of the 12-16th centuries, and the crenellated configuration of the facade resembles old masonry.
An important element of the architectural concept is the geometric shape of the building (a pyramid truncated in the upper part) and the lower floors of the building made in the form of an eight-pointed star with protruding canopies located above the entrance groups.
TOWER
The building with a height of 435 meters and a total area of 262,000 m² will be located on a plot of 12.5 hectares. It is planned that the tower will house offices, a hotel, restaurants, banquet and conference rooms, a fitness center with a swimming pool, a spa complex, residential apartments and residences.
The building will house a lobby, offices, restaurants, a banquet hall, a five-star hotel, serviced apartments, a spa complex, a fitness center, residences, penthouses, an observation deck, a panoramic restaurant and a museum and exhibition complex.
SEISMIC
The uniqueness of the project lies in the geographic location of the complex — it will be the first skyscraper in Europe built in a zone of high seismic activity.
Thanks to specially developed constructive and technological solutions, the seismic stability of the skyscraper has no analogues in the world. The building will be faced with a high-tech modular facade, whose composite system, consisting of special glass and metal, is adapted to the seismic and fire characteristics of the project.
