The main field of our activity is an integrated multidisciplinary design of buildings and structures. GORPROJECT has unprecedented experience in Russia in the design and design management for skyscrapers and unique buildings.
GORPROJECT team is led by top-level architects, engineers and managers with many years of experience in major design companies in Russia and Europe.
Our specialists use the most up-to-date BIM design tools, which allow to perform a whole range of work tasks efficiently and within a short timeframe.
The modern and convenient office is located in the center of Moscow and is fully equipped with a first-class hardware and software for handling design tasks of any scale.

GORPROJECT was founded in 2002 by Sergey Lakhman. The company grew from 5 employees to 300 and became the leader in the field of design and design management in Russia.

In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the designer is responsible for the implementation of the project at all stages of its execution.
All contractual obligations of GORPROJECT are insured in the largest Russian insurance companies for a total amount of 1,000,000,000 rubles. The Institute also takes part in the formation of the compensation fund of the SRO “Guild of Architects and Designers”, the largest profile self-governing organization in Russia.
