The main field of our activity is an integrated multidisciplinary design of buildings and structures. GORPROJECT has unprecedented experience in Russia in the design and design management for skyscrapers and unique buildings.
GORPROJECT team is led by top-level architects, engineers and managers with many years of experience in major design companies in Russia and Europe.
Our specialists use the most up-to-date BIM design tools, which allow to perform a whole range of work tasks efficiently and within a short timeframe.
The modern and convenient office is located in the center of Moscow and is fully equipped with a first-class hardware and software for handling design tasks of any scale.

GORPROJECT was founded in 2002 by Sergey Lakhman. The company grew from 5 employees to 300 and became the leader in the field of design and design management in Russia.

United Facade Company (EFC) is a dynamically developing company since 2014. EFC provides a full range of services in the field of facade design – from analysis, consulting, coordination, development of the concept and tender documentation for facade (enclosing) construction, to the working documentation for facades, modeling of energy and physical processes and technical management.
BIM Academy produces the whole range of services for the implementation of BIM technologies including: the optimization of 2D processes and implementation of PLM (Project Life Management) systems; the creation of interdisciplinary technology for the exchange of construction tasks; the modeling of buildings and structures for various participations in the construction process before exploitation; the creation of templates and families for engineering sections, for architects and designers.

The Green Buildings Magazine has been published since 2012 and specializes in publications about “green” architecture and innovative construction technologies.
The Tall Buildings Magazine has been published since 2006 and is very popular among the professional community of Russia. The magazine publishes articles on the best practices of the Russian and foreign companies involved in high-rise construction, the application of cutting-edge technologies, innovative architectural designs for high-rise buildings, and the world’s leading architects and designers.

Vladimir Travush, Chief Designer of GORPROJECT and Sergey Lakhman, General Director of GORPROJECT, were awarded prizes of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of science and technology for the development and creation of constructive and technological solutions and a construction management model for the Lakhta Center.
The Emporis Skyscraper Award is an annual international award given by the German company Emporis for the best buildings over 100 meters high.

In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the designer is responsible for the implementation of the project at all stages of its execution.
All contractual obligations of GORPROJECT are insured in the largest Russian insurance companies for a total amount of 1,000,000,000 rubles. The Institute also takes part in the formation of the compensation fund of the SRO “Guild of Architects and Designers”, the largest profile self-governing organization in Russia.
